Esta casa cuenta con un fantástico patio trasero amueblado con fogata, mesa, barbacoa y bañera de hidromasaje. Plenty of room for 25 adults/kids
Lots to do, great house, very well stocked kitchen. Upstairs living room had feathers all over the couch. Not sure if they came from the couch or the pillows, thus the 4 stars. Grandkids loved the pool and water slides. Would definitely stay again.

Great accommodations for large group
We have an extended family of 28. We have stayed at other homes in paradise village and we think this is our favorite! The grassy area is awesome and the home was roomy and had something for everyone. We had so much fun!

Good
House was good and pretty clean. Very spacious and lots of room. The pools are a lot of fun! The normal big pools need cleaned, so many leaves and junk at the bottom. Good neighborhood. The hot tub at the house did not work, even after the guy came to fix it. Other than that it was great!

Outdoor Family Fun
Great home! Plenty of room for our large family. We had room for all our kids, their spouses, and the grandkids. Very large dining room table gave us the chance to visit while having meals. Everyone loved all the outside amenities. Pools, hot tubs, water slides, and lazy river. Pickle ball was a hit, We highly recommend this property.

We rented this property for a family vacation. There was ample sleeping accommodations for 10 adults and 8 children. The kitchen was well stocked, location and amenities, super. Easy check in and out.

Great family stay
Great family stay here in December 2022 w/ approximately 20 people, including are young kids. Easy 2-hour drive from Las Vegas. Hot tub was warm upon arrival! They had a lot of kitchen necessities. It was also nice that they had some kids' toys for us and a few board games. We brought our own, but this was a nice touch. The pool table downstairs was really fun. We couldn't utilize the ping pong table b/c it was too cold in the garage in December. The 3-car garage is huge, great for all the extra gear for our big party. Wish list: maybe another fridge in the garage. Since the house can accommodate so many people, I think another fridge would be helpful for all the food we needed. Harmon's Grocery & Dollar Tree were close by, but we had a lot of ethnic food that we brought with us. I will definitely rent from them again if we're making a trip out to this part of Utah. Great communication with the team and I booked 3+ months in advance. Make sure you don't forget to sign all the paperwork and send your ID copy to them. It was all so smooth. If we do come back during the warmer months, we look forward to using the water features of the complex.

Kind of disappointing
On the listing it has a pool which we were so excited for. When we got there, there was a hook labeled “pool key” and nothing was there. I contacted them twice and they would take like 6 hours to respond. Moral of the story, we never got the pool key which is super disappointing and it was very frustrating how they said they would keep me updated even though I was the one that had to reach out asking for any updates. Definitely won’t come here due to the lack of communication. They also have a lot of broken things that need fixing like the bikes. Only 6 out of the 9 actually work. Super excited for this trip but left pretty disappointed.

Great home to entertain a large group!
We had a great time! The house had plenty of space for our group of 20. Great home! I would definitely recommend it. The pools were great for all our kids. Property managers do need to make sure the major windows get cleaned. Living room windows were unpleasant to try to look through. There are quite a few bikes but they needed maintenance to be operational. I still give the home a great rating but I left a list of things the property managers could address to make it better. Thank You for opening your home! We enjoyed our stay!😃👍🏼

Great vacation home, slight smell in basement
We loved this house. It was perfect for our 19 person group. My only complaint is that there is a smell in the basement, that is overwhelming when you walk down the stairs, and I think the toilet in the hallway bathroom might not be sealed all the way (has a smell in it). But, we really enjoyed our stay. We want to stay again, but the basement smell needs to be addressed:(

Great for Large Families
The setup and location of this house were perfect for a large family with multiple age groups. It was large and had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen was well-equipped with anything we might need. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would consider using this location again. The down side is that there were some minor cleanliness issues like trash under the beds and maintenance issues with the bikes in the garage and a few broken items here or there. I think they just need a chance to go through there with a thorough cleaning and fix the small things that were broken.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils. There is only one fridge which is hard for large groups like ours but we made it work. The beds and bathrooms are great, but the carpet definitely needs cleaned/replaced as there are lots of stains and wear. We really did like the hot tub and the area, so overall it was great. Jut thought others might want to hear about the little things.

Labor Day Vacay
We really enjoy staying in the Paradise Village properties. We’ve stayed before and will probably stay again. However, having said that, we were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the property when we arrived. A pretty significant cleaning deposit is collected at booking, and it made me wonder what it’s used for. We didn’t have a pool key for the first day we were there because the prior occupants had left it at the pool. Many of the tires on the bikes in the garage were flat, and the property needs some updates. For these reasons I have given it three and four stars. Overall location and size of home were awesome.
