The location was great—close to everything. The staff was very kind and attentive, and the front desk was always willing to help. Since I was traveling with my baby and stroller, and although there is an elevator, you still need to go up some stairs, the staff kindly helped me every time. However, one big downside was that the rooftop was closed during our stay, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. They should clearly mention the closure dates in advance so guests can plan accordingly—not find out only upon arrival at the front desk. That kind of information is important when choosing where to stay
