“There was no closet to hang clothes . Had to keep stuff in suitcases . Had 2 couches in small efficiency . If it were my place I would remove one of them and put a wardrobe for clothes . The table had crumbs all over it and in the cracks.”

“We had a great time staying here. Very very close to beach, 1 short block to all the stores, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Parking pass for the street was priceless. Would stay again and recommend to others.”

“It was a compact but cozy and clean studio apartment for my family of three. We really enjoyed our stay. Debora made the place feel like a home. It was equipped with beach chairs, a cooler and speaker. So we felt it was well thought out. My only recommendation would be to install blackout blinds, please! Besides that, we would recommend!”

“We took a long weekend to the beach just to get away as a family and relax. it’s a small unit but the suggestion of two adults and one kid under 13 was spot on. The location was great and the unit was perfectly located. The only issue was the hot water did not last. The property manager attempted to fix it matter. definitely will return and I definitely recommend this place.”

“The apartment overall was fine and was adequate for our needs. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go (beach, restaurants, boardwalk) The negatives are the awful cigarette smell when you enter the building and elevator, the floor of the apartment was really dirty, and if the AC was turned on the balcony was useless because of the hot air blowing on you.”

“We loved the studio!! It offered everything that we needed! The bed pulled down from the wall, but was surprisingly comfortable! Everything was Very clean, I wiped around the unit, all wipes turned up clean. Location was perfect! Right across the street from the beach. One day after leaving the beach, we did utilize the sauna, which was very relaxing! The boardwalk is a close drive away, we went a couple of times. “This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...

“We love the fact that we had a beach front view and just a few steps from the beach itself. The places has great amenities. The only downfall is that the whole place is dated, the building and the apartment we rented. The wait for the elevators is crazy, but besides that, the location was great and the price right for the place.”
