Amazing for Families
The house is very well stocked for you to be able to enjoy yourself and not worry if you have enough supply. There are many kid items and toys, which helps so much with traveling. The only thing that was a concern was the bees on the pool deck near the table were excessive. Looks like the neighbor has several nests on their house and they migrate over to this house. Could not use the outside table because of this.

Quiet Beach Town
Our stay in IOP was very relaxing and enjoyable by everyone in our family. This house had plenty and extra space for our family of 9. We even used one of the closets as an additional bedroom when one of the children started running a fever. Would recommend and stay again in the future!

A Wonderful Home
Great trip with grown children and spouses. Large bedrooms with plenty of common space. Very well equipped kitchen. 5 minute walk to the beach. Three nice carts to haul the homes beach chairs, beach towels and boogy boards. Home’s rental agency was very receptive and accommodating. Would rent the home again .

Great family trip
We brought my 90 year old mom here to meet up with more family and we had a wonderful time! The elevator made getting around the house very easy for her (and for us). The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. It even had enough beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart for us to use at the beach that was within steps of the house. The property management group was very responsive with any questions or concerns. We were disappointed that the new owners would now allow the pool heater to be used so we weren't able to use the pool - it was just too cold this time of year and it's not in the sun.

Birthdays Celebration
House layout made it a reat place to visit with family. Even though the weather was awful (Hurricane Debbie) we all had a great stay. With all the rain the pool was cold. Owner sent us a text to let us know she was having the pool guy turn on the pool heater without us saying anything to her. Very responsive to needs.

This is a beautiful home. Loved having the pool right off the kitchen and living room. The kitchen was huge and floor plan was very open. It’s about a 5 min walk to the beach. We would definitely book this home again.

Great location, fabulous hosts!
This was our second year in a row staying at Andrea’s home. She makes the process so easy, which only makes the vacation better. The house has everything we need for our extended family stay (family of 4 with grandparents and an aunt). There is enough space for people to have their privacy but also remain connected to each other. After staying here on our first trip to IOP in 2023, we knew we would be back and we’re so glad this house was available again. What a great week!

Great vacation home! Great location
Our family of 7 adults and 1 infant had a great time. We were able to give the young family the main level master and still have a master upstairs for the grandparents. The living area was perfect for us and the small pool fit our needs well. The walk to the beach was short and we enjoyed all the pool chairs and wagons. Thank you for a great beach stay.

Where Friends Relax
Avalon by the Sea was ideal for spending a relaxing few days with friends. There were six of us (three couples), and we have been friends for a long, long time. Because we live very far apart, we enjoy finding a home that allows us our own space in addition to large common areas where we can relax and enjoy each other’s company. The home met all of our expectations. The write up provided is very accurate. The home is immaculate. The owners were very responsive to questions and very welcoming. On huge plus about this home was the functioning elevator. Ideal for getting luggage from the garage to the first and second floors ( and when we were just too lazy to take the stairs! Highly recommended!

Perfect Christmas Getaway
Three generations came down from the North for a Christmas getaway. Andrea the owner called when we were on our way down to let us know that we could check in due to the holiday which was much appreciated. We were checking in on Christmas Eve. She also had a tree set up so our presents immediately went under it. The house and the pool were great. I especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen because we had to cook our Christmas dinner there, even had a mixer for the mashed potatoes. We had one tiny hiccup as you do, but Andrea was great to work with via text. The location was perfect for either a walk to the beach or a quick trip to local restaurants. We especially liked Acme for breakfast and dinner. The house is large and well appointed. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome house!
This house was perfect for our stay! We were in town for a wedding and brought two sets of grandparents and small children and there was something for everyone! The house was especially well equipped for children. Andrea was so nice, responsive and easy to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in IOP
Within walking distance to just about everything (beach, grocery, tennis courts, restaurants, bars, etc.). Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and sun deck were awesome and a covered portion of the deck was perfect when you needed a break from the sun. We will definitely be back.
