Good, not great.
Location is great, condo was renovated and clean. Bunk beds are small as noted in the description. I was nervous about the top bunk as Palm Blvd Vacation rentals informed me there was a guard rail but it wasn’t sturdy. An alarming thing to tell a guest with small children and obviously safety is not top priority. The real issue is how incompetent the Host through Palm Blvd Vacation Rentals was. I was given a recommendation list including restaurants, shopping, golf cart rental etc after booking. I wanted to rent a golf cart from the list knowing it would be the second parking pass. Much to my surprise, golf carts are not only banned at Sea Cabins, but Palm Blvd refused to take ownership and took hours to respond. Their response? “They’ve never seen a golf cart at Sea Cabins before!” No apology, or ownership. It’s their responsibility to understand and communicate the rules of the property they are listing. I was able to work quicker with the Property Mgmt Company at Sea Cabins and golf cart store for a resolution. Which was to pay to park the cart off-site. Not sure what Palm Blvd Vacation Is doing, they refused to connect me with the actual host. Sounds to me like I just spent extra money for a completely unnecessary property management company. I would stay at Sea Cabjns again, but never through this VRBO host or anywhere though Palm Blvd Vacation rental.

The unit was nicely renovated, well stocked with kitchen tools and very clean. It was a perfect location for our family to relax and enjoy the beach as well as the number of great restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful and cozy condo seconds from the beach
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautifully decorated and ultra clean condo that overlooks the ocean. We were impressed with how tidy and updated everything was. The kitchen had everything we needed including a regular drip coffee maker as well as Keurig-- extra garbage bags, dish and hand soap, dishwasher detergent and a few seasonings were in the cabinets. Plenty of dishes/utensils, cookware and bakeware for preparing and eating meals in. The shower was hot with good water pressure and included Aveda trial size soaps, shampoo and conditioner and had plenty of towels. The smart TV will allow some streaming with music as well as connecting to various apps (YouTube tv, movie apps, etc). WiFi was excellent. A/C kept it nicely cool and there are ceiling fans in the bedroom and main room operated with a remote for multiple settings. The condo is walking distance from nearby restaurants (we loved ACME and Long Island Cafe) and a Harris Teeters grocery store. There are no beach towels or beach chairs but the chairs can easily be rented. The beach is a perfect place to ride bikes during low tide. We highly recommend this condo for two people or a small family.

Absolutely Beautiful
We had a beautiful stay. The morning sunrises were so breathtaking! The condo was very pretty and cozy, had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony soaking in the views. It was so serene and peaceful just watching the beauty of the ocean and listening to the waves crash on the shore. We wish we could of stayed longer. Rich & Lisa

The remodel of the unit was so perfect. Serene, crisp and clean. Uncluttered unlike so many of these units. Bravo to the owners and management company. Fluffy bright white towels and bedding, everything anyone would need for the absolute perfect getaway. I did not want to leave😎

Really nice place! Right on the beach. 20 min or so from Charleston activities. So clean. Just right for the 3 of us. Had an issue with our beach/pier/pool access code, but it was corrected within 2 minutes of notification. We especially loved the balcony seating! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect little getaway! Its the perfect location right on the beach and right near the all the shops and food. It is great for 4 people and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with how much this location had to offer. Very clean and very nicely renovated. We will be staying again!
