“Fabulous hotel. Very special. Beautiful huge executive room. Staff so welcoming. Great cocktails at bar, great menu. Tasty breakfast. Hotel very close to ferry. Next to supermarket. Across from beach. Couldn’t have asked for more ”

“Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. ”

“The accommodation is “Airb&b style”, so no service on site. However when I had a problem with access I got immediate attention on the phone. The room was reasonably clean, bedlinen and towels spotless. Shower, hot water etc. working fine, shower gel supplied, kettle available with plenty of tea and coffee. A wee bit shabby outside of the room but I gather they are still working on it. Cleaner/maid friendly. Value for money and I suspect but don’t know for sure that it will improve...

“Clean and tidy room. had everything you could need but no staff on site during our stay and would stay again. no breakfast offer (obviously as no staff) but all else was good and would stay again. Good location for town shops etc.”

“After a long journey we wanted to rest on arrival at the hotel howver there was work being carried out at the next to our bedroom room 1 which was loud banging and drilling we have taken video evidence of this the noise was causing our 2 dogs to bark loudly there was also no tv in our bedroom we also sat for 20 minutes waiting to check out no one was available at the desk and we had a ferry to catch.”
