“Really nice property. Updated as described. Everything we needed was there. We rented a car and discovered that is a 100% necessity. This location is, in our opinion, the cleanest nicest part of the island. It is somewhat remote with a beautiful view from the balcony. Without a car you would be limited on activities but I wouldnt let that stop you from renting as the island is 30something miles long and lots to do along the way. Really enjoyed our stay. The people on this island are so amazing...

“Could not have asked for a better location. Right on the beach and offered everything a rental should but...the maintenance of the unit is poor. It is livable but for the cost some effort should be spent on the upkeep of an aging unit. No hot water in one of the bath faucets, kitchen faucet loose and sprayer broken, toilet parts clogged from age and loud, drapes falling apart, cabinets peeling their skin, shower head ending its life, room dividers do not work. Owner should spend more money on...

“The bed was comfortable and the place had what we needed after contacting Joanna. It’s pretty bare bones for the condo but the pool was nice and it is a gated property. It is just not close to the things in the listing. It’s About 1.8 miles to the Boardwalk. But that’s fine as long as you have access to a car.”

“Our family of four lived our stay! Perfect location, just a few steps from the beach, beautiful view from the condo, and restaurants in the complex. We rented a jeep and explored the island and St. John. We all loved our trip! I loved the location of the condo and it was very spacious. We enjoyed the coolers and beach chairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.”

“Nice little apartment steps from town. Has everything you need. Full kitchen. Fold out couch makes it great for kids or guests. Washer and dryer. Will definitely be a repeat stay in my future. One (potential) negative is the walk up the hill and stairs to the room. Wouldn’t recommend for someone who has health issues or difficulty walking. Otherwise great. ”
