“La persona que realizo el check in nos envio para una avitacion que no era, no activo la llave electronica de la avitacion apesar de que se lo pregunte antes de salir de lobby, no habia carros para llevar el equipage a la avitacion ”

“The property was well equipped and close to the beach. The only things I thought would be helpful that weren't provided were a door mat to help eliminate bringing sand into the cottage and some place to hang up damp towels, maybe an over the door rack. We would definitely consider staying again. ”

“The property is walking distance from the beach. We stayed for 3 days, 3 guests, 2 adults and 1 child. Cottage 4 was very clean and provided many extras such as the free onsite bicycles and beach gear. The rooms were equipped with comfy queen size beds. There is a sleeper suite sofa in the living area we did not use but is a great if traveling with a family of 6. We had a wonderful time! The Badger family is very attentive. We highly recommend this property.”

“Lindo lugar amplio y cómodo. Pileta limpia y buen tamaño. Hay un acceso a playa cercana pero un tanto agreste y sin servicios. Proveen de reposteras y sombrilla sin cargo. Podrían agregar al servicio la disponibilidad de bicicletas muy útiles en la zona. Nos pareció algo excesivo los carteles de prohibición y multas en el hotel .Se ve que es una costumbre en la isla dado que tanto en la zona de Sanibel como de Captiva se repite este tipo de mensajes.”

“Quiero felicitar a Jeff y Connor por su servicio. El sitio esta impecable. Servicio super completo incluyendo carrito para la playa. Hacia tiempo que no estaba en un hotel con tanto nivel de servicio. los felicito y sin duda volveremos. ”

“This unit is in a great location and steps from the beach. Although our unit was small, it was all we needed for a quick 2 night get-a-way. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the limited kitchen amenities were just enough to keep us fed. Appreciated the chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. For a longer stay I would suggest one of the second or third floor units but for the money, the first floor and sand right outside of the door this was a great place.”

“ Good but is very important if the breakfast is included in the reservation ”

“It has been a complete disaster. The odor was unbreathable. It smelled really bad in the entire hotel. Outside (there were no way you could stay on the beach and enjoy it), plus inside (in the room!). They should have warned us at the time when we did the reservation or the check in. But it was as if they were trying to hide it. I will NEVER go back there. I do not recommend to anyone to spend even one hour in this hotel. ”

“Good communication, great location, private and clean. We never left the island! Enjoyed using the bikes and private beach access. Close to all restaurants but in a residential like setting. Would highly recommend this cute cottage. Would definitely return.”
