“The hotel was clean, room was comfortable, staff were polite and it was good value for money. However it was really dated - the hotel, room and breakfast all felt we were back in the 1970s.”

“The hotel is very nice, staff friendly, food great and has some lovely touches such as milk and cookies for kids at bedtime. The spa and pool were nice and welcoming to youngsters. A big downside for us was the disabled entry way with quite a heavy door to negotiate. The hotel is located opposite the beach with great views of Elizabeth castle, but next to quite a busy road. The location also has the benefit that it is very close to st Helier shops and restaurants and the bus terminus though. ”

“After a last minute flight cancellation and trying for multiple reshufflings (while combating the cold from hell) we were rescued and welcomed by Sajani (reception) and Natalie (food services). Comforted and fed and sheltered. Beautiful hotel, pool, steam room and welcoming staff. ”

“Very nice location, view of the bay is spectacular. Walking access to the hotel though will be challenging for the less able. The food overall was good except for two disappointing meals served to my wife, after complaining to the head waiter the matter was quickly resolved.”

“Excellent Room, Fabulous sea view only downside was the bathroom could do with an upgrade, although it was perfectly functional. Also it would be good to have a fridge in the room. Swimming pool good but it would have been even better if it was located at the front of the hotel, to get the afternoon sun. Dining room very good, service excellent, but would be better if there was fresh fruit on offer for breakfast. Parking excellent”
