“Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 ”

“The place is right in town within eyeshot of the trailhead, and a stone’s throw from the Tiki Bar (a landmark for cyclists). Interior is excellent, fully updated and great for a group (6 beds, large kitchen, big dining table and comfortable living room). Has a lockable bike shed too. We stayed for three days (rode for 2 and skied for 1). Had an amazing time, will be back!”

The porch was a great spot to watch ducks and loons in the morning and sit in the sun. The cabin was well stocked (kitchen items, linens, firewood, games) and was a great spot for a lazy day too. We were located just a few minutes away from Crystal Lake State Park, Lake Willoughby, and wonderful local restaurants like Roberto's Pizza and Barton Baking. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed, including heating and a nice fireplace. Highly recommend!”

Right on mountain trail, but you do have to hike up a steep/bumpy path and up steep embankment to get onto actual ski trail. We managed, but it was hard in ski boots and hard for the kids. So not exactly an “easy” ski in/ski out but definitely close trail access.”
