“The moment I checked in, I was offered a mai tai! (It was amazing, might I add). Owners are very kind! The room was newly renovated and you could tell they didn’t cut corners, it was done right! It was also nice to have beach amenities to take with us such as chairs, umbrella, cart. However, the chairs were pretty rusted and old. Could use an update. The area was quiet and serene. “This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

The unit was super clean and well apportioned with everything you need from kitchenware to beach gear! Beach chairs were very good beach chairs. “We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice!”

“The cottage was everything that was shown and even more! It had everything we could need and it was steps away from Beach Access #7. We loved the outside patio area and the shower. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Siesta Key Village and some really good restaurants. Also a great coffee shop. It was everything we hoped for and more! We definitely want to make a return trip!!”
