“This property is a simple two room studio. Queen size bed which we found very comfortable. The A/C is a wall unit and was a bit lacking but there is a box fan in the room and that made a huge difference. It is situated between what appeared to be two permanent residence. Not a problem at all, just would be nice to have known that. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Siesta Key Village. Steps from SKOB and all the village things. Maybe .20 of a mile from the beach which was nice and quiet....

“This is an amazing quaint property. It’s absolutely perfect for a couples get away. It’s literally a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach, is so tastefully decorated and a very comfortable large bed. I’d highly recommend for the location, great value, cleanliness and lovely charm ”

“What a charming townhome! Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were very comfortable! Aside from the townhome being amazing, the location is top notch!! Walking distance to everything! Steps from the beach and lovely walk to the pier area with food and shops. Also, very easy townhome to find for grocery deliveries! The locals are all very friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10”
