“Perfect distance from beach and village. Two large bedroom with plenty of sheets, towels and beach towels. Kitchen with anything you might need plus washer and dryer. The third floor apartment was occupied but not disruptive. Nice screened in porch for additional space. We would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Siesta Key.”

“This adorable studio is conveniently located at Jamaica Royale - just an easy walk down to the beach and can easily ride bikes to the village. Good taste in furniture and detail. Owner/host was extremely repsonsive and so nice! Just know when reserving that you're reserving a studio, so it's tight, but we knew the layouts of Jamiaca Royale prior.”

“Palm Villa is an excellent home base for exploring Sarasota County and the surrounding area. It is a quiet and tranquil escape from the coastal hustle while still within walking distance (touch over a mile) of waterfront dining and entertainment. The unit has everything I would need for a weekend or a more extended stay.”

“Property was very clean and welcoming. Lots of extras that we were not expecting (boogy boards, beach chairs, sifters, umbrella). The beach is just a short walk away from the property. Kitchen stocked nicely and beds were super comfortable! Property owner was very responsive when I had questions. Will definitely be staying again.”

We spent the last night on the beach looking at the stars. The unit itself could be improved. The bathroom toilet is a tight squeeze for a man, and the toilet seat was loose and had trouble flushing. “I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips.”
