"The lodge itself was really nice, but the lack of maintenance makes it now look old and dirty. The attention was really poor, stayed for 4 days in which coincidentally there was almost no food and we had to eat the same 3-4 dishes every day. Due to summer in Panama the Hotel cuts water and you only get around 4 hours of water per day, which in itself it's fine, totally understadable, however that is not mentionned until you arrive at the property. Talked to customer service on whastapp several times, weeks before going (to arrange the transport to the island) and that wasn't mentionned. Overall dissapointing experience, this was a trip I was looking forward for months. The island itself was good. "
