“Great little place to stay on Tybee Island. It is a quiet neighborhood away from everything so you will definitely need transportation to get to the beach and restaurants. The house is clean and cool and worked very well for our family of 5. Be sure to visit the Polk St beach. It is a quiet little spot to with very little tourist traffic and plenty of beach. You can sit and watch the ships come in and out all day!”

“This property was a great stay for extended (multi generational) family. We enjoyed the ocean front view from the balcony. The walk to the beach was easy to navigate. Children enjoyed the pool, although the pool could use a bit more shade. The elevator opening right to our condo was a first time experience for us but was positive. “Perfect for our family of 3. I spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the dolphins. We saw so many dolphins and ships. We enjoyed the short walk to the private beach entrance, which made it easy for us to visit the beach everyday while we were there. I highly recommend staying here if, especially if you want something a bit more quiet than the south end of the island. ”

“We loved our stay at Roshan’s place. Roshan communicated all information clearly and in a timely manner. It was a very easy check-in and checkout process.
