“This was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip,very clean and great communication w/host It would be more helpful to know that there is not much of anything for plates, bowls and silverware I know it’s not a full kitchen but most air b&b’s have a ton of kitchen items but not a huge deal we took a trip to the store and picked plates,cups and silverware. everything thing overall was a 5🌟rating! ”

“Place was cozy for three of us but we knew that going in. Perfectly sized for our needs, sleep and quick meals. The location is fantastic, walked the dogs to the restaurants ~25 minutes away got them tuckered out. Otherwise the beach is less than a two minute walk from the property.”

“Fine location, clean and spacious. We thought this penthouse provided an ocean view as appears in living-room photo. But that is misleading. No great view from any window. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we were not specifically looking for this as a treat for my elderly parent who was not able to walk on the beach but had wanted to “see the ocean.””

“The Duval House property was fantastic. We’ve found photos can be deceiving of how much room a place actually has. The Duval House exceeded our expectations as the space was even better than the photos. The stay was seamless from check in to check out. The locations is perfect, in walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, the boulevard, and a short drive to Good Harbor Beach. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed this place. The only reason I gave a three on the description of the property is because in the initial description it says that there is a hot tub. There is only a Jacuzzi tub, but it actually looks like it lists both other than that this place was perfect.”
