“A wonderful place to stay, a few little things I have to mention a few things: 1. As per advertisement snack and drinks in the room is replenish everyday, I have to ask for it the second day, then on our 3rd day, nothing was replenish, did mention my concern at the reception on our check out day. 2. Our room was half cleaned, have to call the reception for this, but it looks like there is only one housekeeping for a big hotel, felt bad for the gentleman. Hope my concern gets looked after,...

“Limpieza, profesionalidad y acercamiento de todos ellos, muy buenos trabajadores y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Muy resolutivos a la hora de gestionar un percance. Muy cercanos y amigables te hacen sentir como en casa estando en la otra punta del mundo. Instalaciones modernas, limpias y bien aireadas. Piscina muy grande y limpia y ambiente tranquilo. "Potentially a very nice resort, however lots of strict rules due to major Korean people occupancy (example: sunbeds cannot be moved out of shades if they're not falling within a straight line with the others) and some major misunderstanding/unclearness on extras payments mechanism. There is no clear way to debit everything to check out and sometimes you feel being chased after for payments. Amenities are good and new all over, but the beach itself was seaweeds infested and pretty dirty. We didn't enjoy much diving in the sea to be honest and it was a shame, Alona Beach was recommended to us for being the best beach in the island multiple times. All considered, there's definitely much improvement in the offer quality/rate ratio in our opinion,as the nightly rate is definitely not cheap for the island (probably the most expensive) "
