“Our accommodation at Waves at Surfside was beautiful! The room view was perfect & the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a great time there with Breakas within close distance for food and cocktails on the beach front. We loved the private pool, the villa was very clean upon arrival & had anything we may have needed. I’d absolutely recommend the stay to others! ”

“The apartments are great for a family of 4, spacious, proper size fridge and kitchen equipped to cook. The last time we stayed we had a room that had views of lagoon from both bedrooms and lounge (rooms 1/2/3 I think) whereas this time it was a view of the lagoon just from bedroom and outside seating area - but still lovely. I was thankful for aircon in master bedroom but it meant it was a bit warm in the other bedroom and lounge (but the kids coped fine). My husband enjoyed going for a kayak....

“The apartment was just as in the photos and more so. It was very clean and easy to keep clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. As it is out in the countryside a short distance it is surrounded by paddocks and views of hills and a distant mountain. The toilet facility in the master bedroom was unexpected but appreciated. “The highlight is the fantastic reef snorkelling at a nearby beach - about a 30 minute walk from the resort. The staff and local community were very welcoming and happy to have a chat and show you around. However probably don’t go if you are bothered by getting too close to nature - i.e rats in your room - as the resort is in the bush and rooms are ‘rustic village’ style and reasonably open to the elements.
