“This was a brand-new home and fit our group of 15 perfectly. From kids to adults, everyone agreed this was a great house with an easy, short walk to the beach. The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. “A wonderful home, in a great location! Plenty of space for our family of eight to spread out. A very easy walk to the beach. Nice pool. The home was clean and well stocked. The ping pong table was a lot of fun with many hours of family tournaments. A wide assortment of beach toys and floats for the kids. The host was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries. We are putting this home on our favorites list.”

“We really enjoyed our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and this older home was a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful beach houses some still being constructed. If you enjoy older homes would definitely recommend place. The views and beach were beautiful and there was shopping and restaurants within fifteen minutes walking distance. The only drawback was the traffic mainly getting there on Saturday but that should be expected. We loved our stay there.”
