“Overall we both liked the property, it was exactly as shown , shower was great full size fridge and ac worked well . The bed was very must have a very thick pillow top . I was worried I’d wake up with a back ache but I did not . It must have good firm support under the pillow top . Our only complaints were that we had been out all day exploring the Everglades and arrived at the place tired and hungry to find out the one restaurant was closed until maybe May. “Marriott property was probably one of the best I have stayed at in many years. Unit we stayed in was spotless and completely updated. Onsite amenities exceeded expectations. Each day a different set of activities for adults and children of all ages. On-site restaurant was great for lunch, dinner, and poolside service. Marriott Crystal Shores staff were all very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We would absolutely stay at this location again.”

“This condo is a dream vacation!!! It has all the most modern appliances and is so well stocked. The beds are a dream to fall asleep in. Alan made sure we were comfortable and lacked for nothing. It is spotless!! The location is amazing. The pools and gym are a 2 minute walk--so convenient!! We had question when we first arrived and he answered us immediately. Alan is a gracious host and really cares about making your vacation the best!! We would rate the whole property and Alan a 10+!!”
