“I know it’s a historic property but it was disappointing. Barely warm coffee in morning, noisy sagging bed, chair placed in front of door to impede walking, silverfish in tub. ”

“5-star hotel at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean, the staff were courteous, accommodating and eager to help. The breakfast was always hot and always being replenished. The happy hour every evening was a nice surprise with drinks and food being served included. Yazmine in housekeeping and Mary A were wonderful people to deal with. ”

“We were given a king upgrade which was very nice of the staff person. When we arrived in our room the shower was non functional the AC needed a new battery, the tv was no where near anyplace to watch it. The ice machine was also broken and an inconveniece. We called the evening of our first night and the next day everything but the TV was fixed. No one called us during our three night stay to make sure everything was ok.
