“We wanted somewhere to stay on the north shore that would feel more local and be near the ocean. This little condo delivered. When they say ocean views they aren’t kidding. The beach was 20 feet from the windows! The unit was clean, provided all necessary amenities, comfortable beds, embraced the beach vibe, and what a view! My boys loved that there were twin needs so they didn’t have to share a bed. Super happy with the stay, would definitely book again. ”

“This was a lovely location- right across from an absolutely gorgeous beach! The owners were very responsive and left a great book with hikes, restaurant menus and more. Sunrise at Pillbox is a must. The downstairs was a bit small and the master bedroom was reached by walking through the smaller bedroom but both were very nice and this wasn’t a an issue for our family. Overall wonderful!!”

“We had a wonderful stay. Property was as pictured. The biggest challenges we found is that the area you need to drive through to get to the property is very run down. The property is about a 30 min drive from any safe amenity such as a grocery, gas station etc. If you want to just stay in one place your whole trip this is the place. “We had an amazing stay in Kailua. We loved the area that had a beautiful beach nearby (walking distance), many shopping and food options with a small town feel, and very responsive and helpful hosts.
