“I've stayed in the Kailua are on previous trips to Hawaii and the location of this property is unbeatable if quick, easy access to the beach is what you want. The pros: location, well stocked beach toys and gear, pool. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded immediately. The Cons: Very tiny kitchen, living room and dining room. It's about 200 sq ft for all 3 rooms combined. All the bathrooms are upstairs so if you have lots of luggage, the spiral staircase becomes tedious to...

“Simple house right on the beach makes for a good stay. We went to the beach every morning. Plenty of food and stores in Waianae. Be prepared for traffic, it's unavoidable on the island. Washing machine was a nice bonus”

“The cottage itself is the second story of the two-story unit. The inside is very attractively decorated Hawaiian beach motif. It hadeverything you could need in a beach apartment with chairs, towels, umbrellas, body boards, etc. masks fins. snorkel. The apartment itself is a bit of a sauna, it’s soaks in that sun and with the humidity of the beach it is very warm and sticky. The owner has yet to fix two windows that would allow more Breeze into the apartment, I really hope she fixes them now...
