“Get checkin instructions and code before arrival! We really had poor start. Reserved 72 hours before arrival. Received confirmation. No further instructions given. Arrived to find everything locked and no answers at property manager phone. Sent text to only get reply it may take a few days. No compensation offered for more than an hour of scrambling. Poor management. Really felt compensation would have been in order. We really felt stuck. Few alternative options. Thankful for Expedia. ”
