“This is an older property but very well maintained. There’s a slight “older wood” smell, not dirty or musty. The location was perfect—we could walk to the beach anytime. The provided wagon, sand toys, chairs, and floaties were so useful, and our unit was right next to the large pool (there are two). “We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget.
