“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel and staff were nice and professional. However, the only downside was our experience at the breakfast noodle bar. The staff member there was not friendly and appeared unhappy to be working, which left a negative impression. We hope the hotel management takes note of this, as such interactions can affect the overall guest experience and the hotel’s brand reputation.

“A short birthday escape from the busy areas of Pattaya/Jomtien to the quieter life at Ocean Marina.
King Balcony room was very comfortable, free mini bar stocked daily.
Excellent staff, quick to respond to all requests.
Swimming pool has separate kids play area, good for sunset.
Several bar restaurants and beach a short walk, also the marina wall walk.
Bang Saray restaurants only a 15-20 drive.
Will be back.”
“El hotel esta precioso ,bien limpio pero el personal de la recepción no hablan idiomas ,el inglés muy poco.Los restaurante siempre vacíos porque todo bien caro y poca calidad.En el resort no hay nada de ambiente ,por la noche nada qué hacer dentro .La televisión solo ai dos programa en inglés la mayoría todo en tailandés.”
“Our stay was amazing, the staff is wonderful and so attentive. We went with our 1 year old son and they all treated him like a little prince, so sweet. The location is also amazing, we enjoyed the little beach and the sea, perfect getaway! Food and drinks at the restaurant also good, lots of choice for both breakfast and dinner. All in all a big recommendation!!”
“This hotel is a real gem next to the busy Sukhumvit Road. The noise of the highway does not carry over to the hotel and it is wonderfully peaceful there. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was 5/5, it was really nice to stay there during the day and the evening. Staff and the hotel owner were really helpful and nice. I warmly recommend to stay here!”
“Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean and comfortable overall. Cool and quiet air conditioning (which I personally value the most!) shower water pressure is strong and great, supplied toiletries are very nice. wifi strength in the room is perfect. Stable speed capped at ~10MB/s which is completely fine and expected. ”
