“We had the best 4 night stay in Key Biscayne. This condo at the Ritz was perfect for our family. James, the host, went over and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back. Every morning, we started our day with coffee in the Ritz lounge. Then we woke up the kids to have a few hours of beach/pool time. Everyday we had lunch poolside and it was delicious. The service at the hotel was amazing as well. It’s a must stay condo and resort for the family. ”

“The apartment was very clean and came with amenities promised. Would have liked the welcome guide sooner as we did not receive it until after check in time. The welcome guide contains the gate code, it is different than the code to enter the apartment which is received a few days before check in. The apartment was centrally located and short driving distance to las olas and area attractions. Definitely a good bargain for the area.”

“The property was as described: terrific location right on the ocean, with several amenities. Check-in was seamless and communication with the owners stellar throughout the process.
