“Fit out, style and size of the apartment were excellent and a good location on the water in Arrecife. There were a few things I felt were missing given this markets itself as a "boutique" apartment. There was only one mug and only 1 towel each, there was no soap or towel in the second bathroom. I didn't get any check in instructions and had to chase these but even when I got them they were very short and didn't really say anything about the apartment or facilities. “The apartment is in a lovely private complex and the outlook with seaview, pool view, lovely terrace and furniture were great. You're very central walking 150m youre on the promenade at Plata Bastian, 7-8 min walk through a cut you're in the square, 5 min to supermarket etc. Host was avaluable for questions and we were met by local lady for check in. Cant fault these points but..... The apartment is in need of TLC and as regular apt hirers this one was poor by comparison to others in the town....

“Estaba la casa y la terraza infestada de cucarachas nos tubimos que ir la primera noche a dormir en el coche y por supuesto no volvimos mas a la casa. Aun asi vrbo no a echo absolutamente nada para ayudarnos , aun y mostrandole los videos de las mismas. Nos han robado casi 500 euros! “Immaculate apartment, well equipped and comfortable. It also has a dressing area off the bedroom, which is useful. The complex is very nice with a small supermarket, restaurants and the beach all a short walk away. There was a problem with the hot water at the start of our stay but this was very quickly resolved. ”
