“Doors were a little complicated, but the staff were friendly and rooms were clean. ”

The room was nice the bathroom very clean with the exception of one spider surprising me in the shower. The smoke shack was big and comfy. One bus to downtown, 10 mins on foot to the mall. All in all a great stay.”

“They dont do ur room everyday and dont have standard information on how to request for it. One day they made the room late in the afternoon while requesting in the morning. Next day they didnt do it and said we have to give notice 24hrs in advance. Staff is not that friendly except for maybe one person. When you are paying a hotel you expect to receive all the services as you are paying full. Even a bottle of water cost but you dont get your room cleaned everyday and you have to remind them and...

“We had an awesome time at Mallard Inn. The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully designed. The property is a historic building right next to Quidi Vidi Wharf. As the property just opened under new ownership when we visited, there were minor hickups (like eg. a missing bin in the room) which have been quickly resolved by the attentive and friendly stuff. Parking on site is limited and extended dinner options require a car to go into town.”
