“We loved the location and overall amenities were very suitable. With a little love this place would be perfect. A few mattresses were a bit hard and uncomfortable, the patio furniture needs to be replaced, and the kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating. But the price was reasonable and you can't beat the location. The property manager was also very nice. We would stay here again.”

“We have stayed in several rentals, and this one was better furnished than any. It was very comfortable and clean. The host checked in to make sure everything was right, and it was. Beds were great, plenty of linens, and the kitchen was more than fully stocked. The only complaint I had was the bbq. It was a Coleman portable and needs to be replaced, although I made it work. I still give this place 5 stars and would give it 6 if possible.”

Thoughtful, kind, and the listing is devine- calm colors, serene (nearly) beachfront property next to a darling elementary school where kids have PE on the sand! Sunset beach walks were the best - even with the winter breeze. “My family and I had a great stay here! Ellen was a great host. She was very responsive and accommodating. Her home is well stocked, clean, spacious and comfortable. There are lots of impressive amenities avail for use (bikes, wet suits, built-in speakers that play music throughout the home, etc).
