“Todo en el hotel esta excelente servicio, limpieza etc”

“Muy limpio,el personal muy amable,el condo muy bonito 2 cuartos ,2 baños cocina equipada...una alberca junto a mi condo y las albercas principales y la playa como a 8 o 10 minutos caminando,puedes rentar bicicletas,carritos de golf es tan grande el complejo que no pude recorrerlo todo pero muy lindo.”

“No se entiende como es que la mayoria hoteles tiene aires demasiado ruidosos y con muchos años de uso y nos los cambian o modernizan eso deja mucho decir , y a su vez destierran al huésped , falta alguna variedad desayuno.”

“Como es característico de esta marca de hoteles el servicio es de excelencia. Desde que uno llega atendido por el valet parking, pasando por la recepción y la habitación disponible de inmediato. La familia tuvo la oportunidad de compartir la cena de año nuevo y fue excelente. felicidades al chef del Restaurante Salt.”

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast offered a nice variety and was quite delicious. Although some amenities could use an update, the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel! ”

“Es un lugar muy hermoso y tranquilo ”

“There was no housekeeping services. We all had one set of towels that we had to wash each day. For the price, I'm accustomed to clean towels, cleaning service daily. We had empty our own trash. The worse part - the dryer was not properly vented. The heat and dust came into the condo. I explained to management that this was a FIRE HAZARD; but, they weren't the least bit concerned. It would be interesting to know if the inspectors are aware of this hazard!!!”
