Penthouse de ensueño adecuado para 8. Completamente remodelado por el decorador profesional en julio de 2017. Situado en la costa noroeste de la isla, donde las aguas son cálidas y cristalinas durante todo el año. El apartamento tiene excelentes vistas de la playa, piscina y zonas verdes. El Apt está cerca de las mejores playas, aventuras y restaurantes. Te encantará mi lugar por el espacio al aire libre, el barrio, las cómodas camas, la luz, y la cocina.

Este ático de 2 pisos está situado en el tercer piso en el Condominio Haudimar Beach Apartments.

Otros Nota:
El paseo marítimo frente al complejo no es funcional debido a los daños causados ​​por la naturaleza. La Asociación de Propietarios está trabajando en obtener los permisos del gobierno y recoger el dinero de la comunidad para arreglarlo, pero este es un proceso largo y no tengo una fecha para cuando se va a arreglar.

Esto no afectará su alquiler, todo lo demás es bueno. La playa es accesible a través del camino en el centro del paseo marítimo.

La propiedad está ubicada en la parte noroeste de Puerto Rico. Esta zona tiene poco tráfico, es tranquilo y seguro. Hay gente de los Estados Unidos que vive en la comunidad y la mayoría de los residentes de esta área hablan inglés con fluidez. Para cualquier otra cosa recomendamos un coche de alquiler. Esta es una isla pequeña y es fácil moverse.

Perfect Location and Accommodations
This is our second time staying in Jobos and booking with Arnaldo. We've had a great experience both times and will definitely book again. We love the location and convenience of the condo, it's very clean and spacious and we appreciate the security and friendly staff at the complex. We did experience one issue on this trip, but Arnaldo was extremely responsive even on Christmas eve. Highly recommend!

Great stay
The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Isabela. It was a great location to access many different activities. The property is well kept and safe. Our family of give was happy woth thevspace and amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool, hammocks, and pool table. The adults enjoyed the amenities as well including a well stocked kitchen and balconies to relax. Very clean and well mantained.

Overall the location and facility was nice. Was very u happy about the fact we had no power to any of the outlets in the upstairs a bedroom. Notified property manager immediately on Saturday, but was told the maintenance man could not come until Monday, which was the day before. This caused an inconvenience because we had to plug everything into the bathroom outlet. On Monday they could not figure out the problem so they brought us an extension cord. Also the ants were so bad in the bathroom upstairs that they got into all of our items, everything was covered in ants. Property manager apologized for this and advised they have been spraying for the problem.

Lovely stay
The property was very nice and clean, well appointed and comfortable. A couple of extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. The grounds were beautiful and very well cared for. I would have loved to enjoy some morning coffee in one of the loungers by the pool, but with the strict “no beverages” rule, this was not allowed. This was the only truly disappointing part of our stay.

Rental Needs a Little Upgrade
Overall, I will give this rental a 3 star from 5 Stars, rental needs a bit of maintenance, the ceiling in the living room area is falling apart, the showers do not work correctly, can't turn on the hot water. Found some insects in the apartment the first night. Host should provide more pillows in the bedrooms. No umbrella or beach chairs offered even though rental is located on the beach. Just small details that the Host should look into. Overall, I would not stay again if I ever visit Isabela in the future.

Nice place, great time!
For the location and space, we enjoyed our stay there. The apartment does need a little work, but overall not bad at all. The shower heads need to be replaced, and there was some minor celing damage in the living room ceiling. Aside from that, awesome place! Thanks for a great stay!

Love the location. Gated, pool, and beach front. Apartment had washer and dryer and was clean. Water pressure and temperature was not the best. Over all we were satisfied with the stay.

Great location no necessities
I like this location. But the penthouse was dated and lacked the necessary items needed for a beach house location. There were no umbrellas, no beach chairs, no coolers in the properties located right on the beach. Other items missing were washcloths no extra sheets or pillows and not enough enough towels. It was actually disappointing because the place has potential. There was only one TV in the living room. No TV in the master bedroom or nowhere in the house even in the game room. A property that big should have more TVs especially when you are expecting six or more guests. Probably won’t be visiting again.

Great location and relaxing environment!
Overall it was a nice condo near the beach and the community is friendly and secured. But only issue I have was the unit I stayed at was poorly maintained. Also it was too expensive for the type of place when I found other places that was way cheaper after the fact. Hope the owner takes the time to look over his lights and decor and make improvements to their unit.

The property needs better attention, all bathroom shower heads "pathetic" light in all balconies out :( , kitchen items need a little improvement, sofa being white needs cleaning over all a so so experience ( the complex a its surroundings very nice)

Aged place with zero upgrades
We were so disappointed with this place , the pics do not sure the issues. The bed mattress needs a replacement. The kitchen was missing basic stuff . The plug in at the wall were sparking when use. Water leak to the dining room after a rain shower wetting floor in a puddle . Very disappointed.

when we arrived the first day at the property the ac was not turned on and the smell of locked house was strong. AC's were turned on immediately but didn't work properly, especially the one on the second floor. the door to the room on the second floor did not close properly. the second floor balcony had no light and the glass door was also damaged. The flow of water on the second floor is not the best and the cleanliness of that bathroom was average.

Large condo
This is a very large space with large bedrooms. The AC units keep the space very cool. The second floor bedroom sliding door was broken and did not close. There was a gap of well over two inches. We were swarmed by flying insects and had to buy bug spray. The owner sent a handyman, but it was not fixed. There was also a large crack in the other door. The pool table is broken and the shower upstairs does not get hot. The sheets were clean, but we had to put the top sheet on ourselves. There are no pillows just the decorative shams on flat pillows. We loved the patio spaces, proximity to the beach, and the food truck park.

nice rental in a fabulous location.
Happy with our stay. The pool was very nice to have and super close to Jobos. A few issues such as sliders not opening easily and outdoor furnishings being moved around so that we had less use of the smaller balcony but otherwise would recommend and will stay here again.

Great Property
The location is two hours from San Juan you will need transportation. Secluded area with little to no activities for families. The condo itself was great , with exception of pots and pans are horrible, no cleaning supplies or enough trash bags on property. Kitchen could use some updates , but clean. The beach on property is exceptional with great view’s. The property is a penthouse with no elevator access. I would not recommend for those with walking disabilities or wheelchair boundaries.

Nice Large Condo on Beach
This was a great condo for our family. We had lots of space to spread out and the instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. We were happy that some of the pool restrictions have been lifted and we were able to use it every time we wanted to. One thing I was not aware of prior to visiting was just how windy the beach area could be. It isn't ideal for swimming right at the property, but you can easily walk down the beach into Isabela and find better swimming. You can also walk to restaurants that way.

Paradise in Isabela
Great hospitality from the moment of booking. Easy communication with property manager. The penthouse was clean and the views from the many balconies was gorgeous. The place had everything you needed for a multiple to many day stay. I did not want to leave and will come back as the location is perfect. I would recommend.
