“Everything about this condo was great - the accommodations (beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we could need), the location (literally on the trolley line but everything was walking distance anyway), the hosts (super responsive, helpful and thoughtful). And of course there's the beach/ocean! Before going I noted how all the reviews were 10 out of 10. Now I understand why!”

“We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed....

“Overall the location is perfect. Being directly downtown is great as it is walking distance from A LOT of amenities. The apartment itself is large enough to accommodate a couple, yet right-sized for companionship. The balcony was amazing and the furnishings were adequate. The only tricky piece is the check in and the professional level driving needed for the parking space. Other than that, we would certainly stay here again. ”

“We had the most amazing time staying at this awesome 3rd-floor penthouse! My two friends were in from Vegas, and I live locally in Costa Mesa. The penthouse was perfect—spacious, clean, and with stunning views of the Pacific. I slept in the living room on the surprisingly comfy Murphy bed, with the sliders open to hear the waves at night. “We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! ”
