“This is an enormous place; unfortunately we couldn’t get a big group together this time. Short walk to the beach or shopping. Super quiet. Works well even in cold weather with a hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and gas fireplace indoors. Friendly and helpful owner.”

“We go to the Russian River a lot and this would be one of the best places that we have stayed at. The location could not be better and the space provided fit our family perfectly. The highlight I would have say was the rope swing that was across the river on the other side.”

“Enjoyed our stay near the Russian River, with lots to do nearby and in surrounding areas. Location is private. We enjoyed seeing the fox, deer, and bluejays, as well as just sitting by the fire, looking at the night sky. We also took advantage of relaxing in the hot tub. “Loved sitting on the deck, which is right over the water, watching all the wildlife in and around the water. We felt very at home the minute we walked in. It's minutes from so many beaches and places to explore. Steve and Krista are wonderful host and are always available if you have questions. As many have said the driveway is a little tricky to maneuver but if you follow the instructions exactly as worded you will have no problem. Would definitely stay again! ”

“We had a lovely and relaxing stay on this river front house. Being on the water was a joy and it was so easy to pop down to the river and play. The hosts were very helpful, too. There was a small hiccup with the propane and the hosts went out of their way to fix the problem and communicate with us.”

“This home is really a gem. The views of the ocean and Chef Kitchen were exactly as described-Amazing. The rooms are spacious and the game room fit all 9 of us comfortably. We absolutely loved our stay and Jan was always fast to reply with my questions.”

“Better than advertised! The pictures were accurate, but it was better in person! A quiet location with beautiful, massive, trees and the hot tub was awesome on the cool mornngs! Was initially concerned about no AC, but it was very comfortable and there were ample portable fans, if needed. Nice drive to the coast. Lots of restaurant options and wineries nearby. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Beautiful home close to everything in Bodega Bay. Views were wonderful, especially from the hot tub. The very large couch came in quite handy on recovery days. :) Tracie was also very prompt and helpful in her responses. Would stay here again for sure.”

“Found our new favorite rental in Stinson since our previous annual rental was sold. The location is perfect. Just park your car and never get in again. Walk right on to the beach, walk to town, sit on the front porch and watch the waves, or relax on the back deck. Spacious kitchen and rooms for a beach cottage. Owner was very responsive and friendly to inquiries. We look forward to staying here again!”

“Lovely place to stay. Cons: TP in master bathroom not flushed. Wet towels still in dryer at check in (Clean towels were available in all bathrooms). Many ants in the area. Tiny and stings a bit. Be careful on the Master bathroom toilet bowl. Constantly on there. If not wiped off prior to using, can get a little sting in the privates (not painful).
