“Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer. Disappointed that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the bathroom Apart from that we would come back as it is very spacious. ”

“A cottage in a beautiful location by the forest on a mountain. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you - apart from the wind and a few sheep, you won't hear a thing. Unfortunately, I couldn't admire the starry sky as it was cloudy at night.The furnishings are simple but cosy, nothing is missing.We had a very nice time and would love to come back.”

“Welcomed by Keith who talked us through everything in relation to breakfast, our room etc. Everything was perfect. Hubby was happy as coffee machine in our room! Spacious, large en-suite with good shower. Loved the ‘hair straightener’ slate on the dressing table to ensure no burn marks left - I used that. Huge choice for breakfast. Lovely room to eat it in. The property is in a great position. Would definitely recommend & return. ”

“It is a great property but don’t arrive late because there is not much communication until you arrive at the property. We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest place we have booked. ”

“Lovely quiet stay at the bothy, we went over with no car and stocked up with bits at Fort William! despite the loo and showers being shared this was no problem at all as they were kept clean. Lovely to have the cafe next door as well, meant we were able to get breakfast and coffee easily :)”
