“This suite is beautiful and absolutely pristine as far as cleanliness. Wonderful amenities in the room like a full coffee bar and robes and a beautiful property with walking paths, multiple pools and beautiful landscaping. Highly recommend! There is a small path right from the patio to walk to the ocean views!”

“It is the greatest place I have had the privilege to stay. I could not recommend it more. Close to the sea, the River and Trestles. It is lovely. Stayed with my mum and dogs and it met every need. A wonderful little cafe right next door with organic beautiful food and little bakery snacks. I recommend going right at nine when they open because they get swamped! It is a lovely stay and %1000 will go back again. A beautiful place to bring your dogs or family or both. ”

“Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of...

“Booking and communication with Monica was excellent. Good location to explore Santa Cruz to Carmel. 2 minute drive to Manresa Beach. The parking pass is a plus, giving you easy parking access to Manresa or Sunset beaches. Good value and cozy property. The unit was a very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was basic, but very comfortable and I am picky.”

“Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!!”

“Nice family trip to the beach. The condo was spacious and the primary bedroom was fantastic. The other two bedrooms were small, but were still accommodating. The property is very well maintained. There’s paths to walk on for a nature walk and the beach has some hard sand that makes long walks on the beach very easy to do. There were 6 of us that went and there was plenty of space. Great stay!”
