“An absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. The tide goes out and we walked on the beach with the most amazing clouds and colors. The house was spotless and the host very responsive. “Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch auf den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, es gab unterschiedliche Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Der Holzfußboden knarrt leider ein wenig, dafür verbreitet er eine angenehme wohnliche Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist für einen aktiven Urlaub, auf dem man viel herumkommen möchte ideal. “We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, spotless Skye cottage. Mairi was a fantastic host—friendly and quick to respond. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen spacious and well equipped. Just 9 minutes from Portree, it’s convenient yet perfectly remote for that “end of the world” feeling. Would love to stay here again!”

“Wonderful setting, beautiful views. Not near grocery so come well stocked. Lovely coffee yurt a couple miles down the road. The house was as-advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was that we never received check-in instructions or an access code despite leaving emails and a voicemail 2 days in advance…so we drove 4 hours to a locked house on a weekend.
