“Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful ”

“The location is great, it’s super convenient to take grabs everywhere and the parking makes it easy for car pick up rides. There’s restaurants and grocery stores within a minute walk radius. The staff are friendly but poor communication and understanding. I called down to the restaurant, it took 3 people to order, at the end I just went down. Also it took almost 2 hours to get towels for the room, called 3 times because they didn’t replace any while cleaning. Then there was another incident with...

“Breakfast was not air conditioned, only option hot sweaty area or the smoking area. Breakfast options limited and poor quality. Asked for 2 fried eggs, took them 3 attempts, still didn't get it right, left hungry. Room layouts also not good Would never stay again”

“Somerset Kencana Jakarta is located in a very convenient area, with one of the finest malls within walking distance. The property is exceptionally clean and spacious, which I truly appreciated. However, one thing to note for potential guests is that there is a daily announcement or prayer broadcast starting at 4 AM, lasting about half an hour. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this might be a disturbance. Aside from this, the hotel is excellent, and I highly recommend it to everyone.”
