We enjoyed our stay.
This property worked very well for us as my daughter and I were in Indianapolis for a conference. It was easy to get to the convention center. We kept our car parked in front of the house and took Ubers each day which was easy and reasonable cost-wise and less expensive than paying parking prices near the convention center. The property was exactly as described, including the quiet street.

Conference Getaway
Was in town for a conference and brought the family. Staying at this house, we had a room to ourselves, and one for the girls, and one for our son. A nice getaway from the busyness of the conference. We had to do some light cleaning upon check in to get it closer to our standard, but overall enjoyed our stay.

I arrived in the evening, it was very hard to find the address on the house, no outside light was on. No driveway access, only street parking. To enter the property you have to go up a small hill & small flight of about 5 stairs. The home itself was very large, 2 floors with about 20-30 stairs going up to the 2nd floor through a narrow stairwell where all the bedrooms were located. Bedrooms were a decent size, closets were small, broken dressers in some of the rooms, no hangers to hang clothes. Full bathroom on the 2nd floor, powder room on the main level. THE TOWELS PROVIDED HAD HEAVY BLOOD STAINS ON THEM! GROSS!!! NO TOWELS IN BATHROOMS. Only 1 set provided per room. Bedding, couches, pillows had a substantial amount of stains. Main bathroom could have been cleaned better, hair throughout the shower. The inside of the refrigerator was disgusting, kitchen cabinets/drawers were cooking utensils were stored were dirty. This place should have been cleaned entirely better. Only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 day stay, & ran out of tp, & papertowels. Only 1 tv in whole property, in the livingroom. Floors extremely creeky. Home itself was a bit creepy, many unexplained locked doors like in the main bathroom, then on the main floor- not the basement door. I think this property was split into 2 seperate living facilities & that's why some of the doors were locked off to prevent someone from the next door property coming in. Just weird & creepy. Nice front porch.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was exactly as described... We use the rental as a home base to visit My son who lives nearby and downtown tourist attractions. Mo and Leslie were on point with communication and very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back

Relaxing spot for young athletes
This was a nice cozy spot for our family during a week of sports competition all over the city. Clean rooms, full kitchen and laundry, and enough space to relax between sessions made this a great place to stay this summer.

Lovely Home
I really enjoyed my stay at Mohammed and Leslie's place! The booking looks exactly as listed. As other reviews stated, it is an older home so there's A LOT of creaking from the wood but nothing too much to be a bother. Leslie was amazing at communication! She's very friendly and made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had. She was even sweet enough to work out an arrangement regarding my parents' cats. I'd stay again!

pleasant stay - house as advertised
We enjoyed our stay. The home was reasonably priced, clean and served our needs well- with two little kids, having three bedrooms was helpful. It was about 10-15 minute drive from anywhere we were headed in Indy. We never had a problem finding parking on the street in front of the house. It's an older home, so the floors were creaky and the shower water pressure was minimal, but always hot. Overall, it was charming and as advertised. The host was responsive and we tried a couple of the local restaurant suggestions.

The description of this property was accurate in the listing. Good communication with owner, fast response when a couple of minor problems arose. This house has a lot of " character"(it's old), but has been cared for. Plenty of hot water, good water pressure, adequate towels for bathing. Some things it did not have, which didn't affect our stay, no TVs in bedrooms, no dishwasher, and I couldn't find dish towels. Neighborhood was quiet, and we had no problem with parking on the street

Cleanliness was an issue
The property was close to downtown, however there was sticky stuff all over the floors and dirty, the bedrooms were not dusted or vacuumed there weren't enough wash clothes to shower, there were no where to be found dish rags or towels, my son found a nasty toe nail clipping on top of the counter. Not at all impressed with the cleanliness of this property and the amount that was paid to stay for 2 nights.

Great for our needs
Older home, but well kept. There were a few small things that if it had been our home we would have updated. (No drain traps in bathroom sinks… so if you dropped something it was gone). But these were easily worked around and did not impact our stay at all Overall would stay here again.
