“We were alittle cautious due to some of the reviews . However due to the location to Lucas oil stadium and the price , we booked. Overall it was as expected , it is someone’s primary residence so it does feel lived in .But overall clean and is as pictured, checkin process was smooth for us,.I would have no issues staying at that location again if I had to be downtown.”

“The only downfall to it is a washing machine and dryer, but I know that will be coming soon. Can’t wait to stay back there again. The neighborhood is great. The garage is great for storing our equipment.”

“Property is exactly as advertised, pictures of all the rooms helped us know what to expect and it did not disappoint. Family came into town for an NFL game at Lucas Oil Stadium and location was perfect. We were able to walk to and from game and avoid all of the traffic. Close to a lot of places to eat and easy drive to other locations like zoo and canal downtown.”

“I came to Indy with my family for a funeral. We drove 12 hrs from New York and couldn’t wait to get comfortable after such a long drive. When we finally arrived, we all bathed and melted into the bed. Because I have a toddler and infant, I was thankful for the washer and dryer. I really appreciated the breakfast bars and oatmeal for my vegetarian daughter who did not eat our breakfast of eggs, bacon and toast purchased at a Whole Foods and cooked in the cute little kitchen. “The home was very clean, the outdoor area nice, and glad it was pet friendly, but the neighborhood is sketchy, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking the dog alone. ”

“Enjoyed our stay. Host was very helpful and communication was always quick. We were in Indy for a band event that lasted several days so this house was perfect and had everything we needed, plus close to places to eat. The shower pressure would be my only complaint. ”
