Views for Days
Me and my family(wife, 11-year-old, 10-year-old, 17-month-old) loved our time. The location is 10 out of 10, where the beach is right in your backyard. The condo was exactly what we expected, the pool was clean and peaceful, and the beach was clean with fun waves. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to get away from the crowds, as we had multiple days where we had the pool and the beach completely to ourselves. This was the first location where my wife and I said to ourselves that we could absolutely see ourselves renting again. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful Condo with incredible views!
The best vacation rental we have ever stayed in! If you are looking for the perfect beachside getaway look no further. This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was so nice to stay somewhere where the beds were comfortable as well as the large sectional and the seating on the deck was wonderful! They didn't have a pack n play listed but when I reached out they said they would have one available and that was very helpful! The ocean views are breathtaking. Amazing views from the family room and the master suite. We spent a lot of time on the deck you feel as though you are right on the beach. It was so nice to also have pool access, my kids loved the pool. We had everything we needed for our beach days in the garage, shovels, buckets, chairs and and umbrella. There were also big floaties available for the pool. There are a couple of stores nearby and plenty of great places to eat. We also went to the Brevard Zoo which was about a 20 minute drive and it was a great zoo! We cannot wait to come back! Lifelong memories were made here.

Enjoyable stay
Very accommodating and flexible with timing. We had most of what we needed for our vacation. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrella were handy. The private garage was also nice to have for our vehicle. Beautiful sunrises being right on the beach!

This Place is Amazing!
We loved staying here! The first time we walked in and saw the ocean from the front door, we fell in love. Having the beach in your backyard is such a luxury and was so perfect. The inside was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we needed-very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was also nice to have a garage so close to our door. We were so appreciate of all of the beach toys, chairs, paddle board, cooler, etc. We enjoyed sitting on both of the balconys where there was plenty of seating. The beds were all comfortable and we liked the extra blankets and pillows. This place is truly a gem!! I know that we will definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect, the pool was amazing to keep our kids busy, the view was breath taking. The house was clean, pool and beach toys provided to use during our stay. There was construction going on next door during our stay but honestly it was no inconvenience to us at all. If your looking for a beautiful ocean front condo with a pool this is absolutely the place for you.

Perfect getaway!
I never stay in the same location more than once. I enjoy new destinations. But this condo was a wonderful retreat I would love to revisit! While we stayed, there were plenty of beach toys, 4 chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and various boards. Kitchen was well equipped, books/puzzles/games available. Smart tv allowed for the guys to watch their favorite baseball team in the evening. Abundance of shells to be had on the beach (conch shells too!). We vacationed with our adult children and teen. Some more interested in the pool, others with the beach-both easily accessible! The view from the balcony is amazing! Enjoyed the sunrise from the comfort of the balcony with coffee in hand. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture. Truly felt like a home away from home. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Fabulous property
There was nothing that this property did not have! Plenty of space, beautifully done inside and out, shaded deck and sunny deck both right on the ocean. Full ocean front, crashing waves. During the week we were the only ones at the property ….no one at the pool, and the beach very quiet. I was worried when we pulled up that it is right on A1A , but once you are there, all you hear and see is the ocean! The building behind it blocks everything else! I will acknowledge that if you want a place where you can walk to everything, or have a village atmosphere, this does not fit the bill. But there are plenty of restaurants, stores, and fitness center within a very short drive. For a restful family or friends vacation with plenty of quiet and privacy, look no further.

Another great vacation
This was our second stay and it is just as lovely as last year with a kitchen that has everything you might need. We spent much of our time relaxing on the balcony reading, watching sunrises, moonrises, and, of course, the ocean. Our particular appreciation on this stay was the extremely fast response by the management team to a couple of problems that came up during our stay.

Wonderful condo and location
We spent 8 exceptional days at this property. The location the BEST we have ever had when renting a unit close to beach. Property well decorated and stocked. The views are FANTASTIC. Watch the sun rise in the AM. Walking distance to everything you can image. Pool/beach items plentiful. Quiet location even with neighbors. Easy check in and felt safe the entire time. A few minor suggestions:.. Bar soap for faces, pump hand soap not enough. A full length mirror in at least one room,. Better lamp lighting in 2nd bedroom, overhead light too bright and need to get up to shut off. This did not stop us from having a magnificent time while we were there. RUN to book this place. WONDERFUL!!!!!

Beautiful Condo!
We loved this condo. This unit is as oceanfront as it gets. Very convenient to great restaurants. Private garage is so nice and it is full of chairs and an umbrella. We love Melbourne and look forward to staying here again.

Hurricane Ian did not deter
We booked this property well in advance of Hurricane Ian. As he approached, living outside of Tampa , we felt it was a good idea to be away from home. The property was excellent. As Ian got closer we were contacted by the property managers. We felt very safe and stayed. The accommodations were excellent. The ocean is at the back door and did not disappoint. Highly recommended this property for one or two couples with a few kids. Private pool and the ocean. Perfect for us as a couple.

Great stay
The property is great. Wonderful value, clean, spacious, well equipped, and verrry close to the water. The only minor issue was the pool was out of commission for a coupe days, and I had a bit of trouble reaching the property manager. Once I was able to get ahold of them, it was handled promptly.

Beautiful Stay! Lots of privacy!
We had a wonderful time, and this place did not disappoint! As beautiful as the pictures show: everything clean and comfortable: very spacious for our family of four. We loved splashing in the pool and our visits to the beach and town! The view of the ocean from the patio amazing! The only downfall was the surprise of abundant seaweed as we love to swim- but we made the best of it. LOVED this place and would certainly return and recommend to family and friends.

Beach front paradise
Had a great stay. Condo views are top notch. Condo is really clean and beds are comfy. Only issue we had was a crazy schizophrenia guy came onto the property. Called police but they just shew them away and he kept coming back. Highly recommend the building owners put up No Trespassing and no pass through signs.

Wonderful property! Fantastic location!
This property has it all. Beach front. Pool. Nicely remodeled. Lots of food choices. Plenty to do nearby. The back porch is the best! Coffee in the morning with the best view ever! We even had a sea turtle nest appear right on the beach while we slept one night! Property owners were terrific. They answered our messages right away and made sure we had everything we needed, while giving us privacy at the same time. We will book here again!
