Segundo piso de dos pisos nuevo condominio frente a la playa renovado. Se siente como una casa privada a pocos pasos de la playa. Garaje para dos coches y piscina comunitaria. 3 habitaciones 21/2 baños. El dormitorio principal y el baño principal bellamente decorado tienen vista desde cada ventana y una gran terraza privada. Ubicación privilegiada situada entre el Hilton y el Crowne Plaza. La propiedad no es una gran altura y solo hay 8 unidades en total. Cerca de Eau Gallie Blvd y playa satélite. Restaurantes y entretenimiento están muy cerca para su disfrute. Una vez dentro de este pequeño oasis, todo lo que ves es el hermoso Océano Atlántico con increíbles amaneceres cada mañana. Un verdadero paraíso total.

2nd time here
We’ve stayed a few places in Florida and this Condo is by far the best. When we arrived the beach towels had gone missing, we were prepared to purchase our own but when we contacted Daniel he was quick to bring new ones the next day. The condo was nicely cleaned and all the kitchen appliances and utensils were well stocked. We absolutely loved staying here.

Great location on the beach; beautiful condo
The condo and location were as beautiful as they appear in the pictures. Loved the private beach; easy to pick out a spot. Owner responded promptly to all questions. Scheduled cleaners so we could check in a little early due to our flight arrival. Condo is nicely stocked so you don't have to bring everything. Convenient to stores and restaurants. We hardly spent any money on gas because we were so happy at the condo! The only downside if you have any physical issues is that the condo is upstairs and on 2 floors inside. Since there is no elevator, you have to carry luggage upstairs. Also I am used to walking beaches that are a little less sloped, so it was a little hard for me to walk longer distances that I am used to. Not a problem for my daughter of course! We had a great stay overall and would highly recommend this location!

Beautiful and comfortable!
This was our second stay at this fabulous property. It is clean, quiet and has an amazing view and access to the ocean! Daily walks on the beach are a must! Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and amenities near by. The kitchen has everything you might need! It really feels like home. We look forward to returning!

Family Vacation
Our family of six stayed at the condo over our fall break. The condo had everything we needed. Our high school daughter enjoyed lounging on the beach and our junior high and elementary children played in the ocean and build sand forts. The garage had plenty of chairs and boards for the beach and ocean. The house was spacious and very clean.

The Best!
This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it. The size and setup of the condo is perfect for ur family. The condo is close to the beach and the pool is amazing. It is close to great food and groceries. We were also able to watch 2 sea turtles come out of the ocean and lay eggs. We will be back again.

Great get away for our family of 5
We loved this property- it’s right on the beach with great views. The beach is great (although watch out for the big cement blocks in the water!). Our teens stayed active and busy the whole time - plenty to do and lots of restaurants to visit (the Cuban joint across the road is amazing!) we also LOVED Coasters- next to Windixie …. Ask to sit in their back beer garden- it’s a super chill vibe and the food is excellent! We went deep sea fishing as well out of port Canaveral- lots to do from this centrally located condo! The owners pay close attention to detail and it shows. Lots of ocean toys and wagons to use in the garage as well! Thank you!

The 2 story walk up condo was very clean and had everything you could need. The 2nd floor balcony was great to sit on and relax and watch the evening thunderstorms or just the ocean and sunrise. The beds were really comfy and the bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. The owner Dan was great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely be back again.

This condo unit has one of the best beach views of any of the places we have stayed at before. It is a good size balcony with great ocean views. We spent most of our time on it when not on the beach. The condo itself is nice with plenty of space (feels more like a house), clean and the management was helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We Left Early!
My family elected to cut our stay short as we saw 2 cockroaches inside on the first floor of this unit during our first morning there (arriving the afternoon prior). We incurred additional costs and stayed at another hotel for the remainder of our trip after only 2 nights out of our intended 5 night stay. There were also multiple live and dead roaches found on the garage floor. Clearly, bugs inside the residence can pose a serious problem from a health standpoint besides the fact it is simply disgusting. We were also concerned that our luggage could possibly be infiltrated and bugs would then be transported back to our residence. This is simply not an acceptable risk in our view and anyone electing to book this property in the future should be aware of this possibility. As for positives generally, the proximity to the ocean was the only redeeming quality about this property overall, and it didn't matter under the circumstances. Given what we experienced, we do not recommend this property to others and would never stay here in the future.
