“Nice roadside property in Panchgani. Good spacious room with all amenities like spa, saloon, playing area, and kids play area. They have beautiful garden and valley viewing points. You don’t need to go outside to any other valley viewing points. Restaurant food is also good with valley-facing seating. Overall, nice stay experience and value for money. My only suggestion to them is to replace the old AC’s in the premium deluxe rooms, which make noise in this quite serene environment. If...

“The pool area is beautiful. However, the pool water was a little murky and the interior of the pool was in need of a thorough scrubbing. I have stayed here before and enjoyed a quiet atmosphere at the pool with the oldies playing in the background. This visit was different. Loudspeakers blared so loudly with popular Indian music to the point that I could not relax. The control box for the a/c window unit was hanging by tape but it did work. “Excellent hotel, fantastic service and attencion to detail. Only slight downside was I thought that some of the restaurent dishes were overpriced in terms of taste and some of the buffet food wasnt that tasty. I must mention that we were very pleased with the small things like our wedding anniversary gift, wifi speed and accomodating nature of the staff.”
