“As a tourist, the pictures didn't match the apartment we got. I reached the apartment at 2am and had sent a message prior to arriving that I will be coming at that time and hence to have the room ready, but alas.. they were super confused of my arrival and took 30min to give me a quite dirty room. We stayed for 5 days and we had an overflowed toilet, drainage smell in 1 of the sinks, the door that had to be broken to enter, no replacement of towels after cleaning the room, no hair dryer after...

“I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.”

“Clean apartment and staff was helpful and responsive. Everything worked well, although the internet was a bit slow at times. I would definitely stay here again.”
