Roomy, Great View and Location!
This property was in a great location and with three levels, plenty of room for six adults to spread out. We enjoyed spending time on the deck, taking in the view of Lake Tahoe. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The property is situated in a quiet area but is a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants, shops and Lake Tahoe. It was spacious and clean. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

Great place!!!
Great house to stay at with my wife and other couples. Amazing view and location. We really enjoyed the deck and the hot tub. i have been coming to incline village for almost 15 years and this is by far one of my favorite places I have stayed. I would definitely love to stay here again!

we love incline village and this home was a perfect location for our teens to get to the beach and for us to relax with peace and quiet. multiple decks and hot tub were really nice. good youtube videos on how to work everything made it easy

First Timers
I study photos intensely when booking properties. I typically expect some photograph trickery or angle deception but this property is even more beautiful in person. I was worried that it would be too remote for us "tourists" but it had the perfect blend of isolation that I was looking for along with the convenience of being 5-10 minutes away from anything we may have needed (grocery stores, shopping, restaurants). The host was very responsive via text message, the property was clean, and the house had every little comfort you could expect from staying over at a friend's or relative's home. I normally do not like to cook on vacation but when we walked in and saw the kitchen we knew we would be cooking family meals and enjoying every minute of it. Morning coffee on the deck was my favorite. The view alone was worth booking this property. This was our first time to Lake Tahoe and we may have finally broken the Disney spell as my kids said they officially love Lake Tahoe more than Disneyland!! Iʻm okay with that.

Everything was top notch. Nicely remodeled place. Excellent quiet location with breathtaking views to the lake. Nitpicking: silverware, pots and pans, plates, glasses etc. would deserve a refresh at this price point. Also dry firewood would be nice.

We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to our next visit! Plenty of room for all 8 of us, a well stocked kitchen, and close to everything! Bliss in the Mountains
This property was stunning. The initial view pulling into the driveway is breathtaking and it only gets better from there. The home was very well kept and equipped with anything you might need. Sitting out in the hot tub enjoying the sunset was a favorite experience and if you're lucky it might even snow while you are there! The neighborhood overall was great. If you're looking for a much-needed relaxing vacation this is the place you want to be. Nothing can beat fresh mountain air and those views.

Beautiful home and view
A beautiful home with an amazing view. Management was terrific about communication and meeting our needs before and during our stay. We had a couple of minor issues (a sink backed up and the hot tub showed a maintenance message,) but the management team responded quickly. Really, what you’re paying for on this property is the location/view/neighborhood/layout. The top floor of the home is the living/dining area - incredible views and floor plan. The entire window/wall overlooking the lake opens up to the patio and during the summer it’s wonderful to be able to enjoy it all with family and friends. It’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the houses aren’t stacked on top of each other. The properties are wooded and the houses some distance away from each other. The second floor has a hot tub and another large deck to enjoy the lake view from. At night you can watch the moon travel across the lake. Another nice thing about the home is that the driveway and street are on the top floor, so when you’re bringing in supplies/groceries/luggage/etc. you’re bringing them down one very small flight of stairs. Our last home rental had the street at the bottom and we had to haul everything UP four long flights of stairs. This was much, much nicer. All-in-all, the home had everything we needed. It showed a little bit of wear (patio furniture mainly,) but that didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the home or our surroundings. We would definitely rent this property again.

Highly recommend…. This place is beautiful/comfort/clean.
Our friends stayed their. Our group were 3 families with 2, 4 and 15 years old kids. Each family had their own space. The please is beautiful, comfortable, clean with a fantastic view!!! We had such a good time. The management company is super responsive… we had a quick question and one of the owner showed up at front door in 10 minutes. We definitely come back.

Fantastic location, amazing views!
This home was located in a wonderful area in North Lake Tahoe and had a beautiful deck overlooking the lake. We enjoyed dinner and beautiful sunsets every evening on the deck. The home had plenty of room for two families and has a nice layout. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The kitchen is updated and well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals each day. The downstairs bathrooms aren't as updated and show a little age but they are functional and worked fine for our needs. It was a wonderful home base for all of our Tahoe adventures.

Contemporary House and Wonderful Views
Great house. Quiet upscale neighborhood. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen with all of the tools you’ll need. Views of the lake morning and evening are wonderful. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Great location for sand harbor paddling!
This house has 3 levels with bedrooms on 2, so very comfortable for 2 moms and 5 kids. 2 master bedrooms on 2nd floor for us and a mini living room. Fans in masters plus screened sliding doors to deck made these rooms super comfy. Bottom floor naturally cooler. Bunk room with wide bunks were comfortable for preteens. Final 2 bedrooms comfortable for teens. Great large hot tub made stargazing fun. Lots of room to spread out for remote learning. Beautiful views from kitchen. 10 minutes to sand harbor for kayak, paddle boarding. Manager very nice and helpful. Would definately stay again. Tvs on every floor, great and reliable WiFi for schooling.

Amazing property with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked, including spices, so you do not need to bring anything except your groceries. The property was spotless clean with gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe. I would love to stay here again. The property manager was very responsive and addressed all my questions in a prompt manner. I highly recommend staying here.

I wouldn't book this property again
Here are the list of reasons why I wouldn't book this property again: 1. Too many stairs-the house is 3 stories. The lower floor has 3 bedrooms that sleeps 8 and on tiny bathroom. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with full baths and the main floor is the kitchen and living room. 2. Lots of Moths everywhere. As soon as we would open the balcony doors they would rush in. We would have at lease 15-20 in the house every night. I know this is not the owner's fault but it makes it hard to enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and hearing the kids scream because they were scared. That made it very difficult for the adults to relax. 3. The owner has Ring installed and he watches you. He even mentions in the booking documents that they watch closely. Kind of creepy!

Beautiful view, great location.
This house is amazing! Great views of the lake and mountains from every one of the three floors. The host was very attentive and easy to contact. There are great hiking and biking trails nearby. This is a winner!
