“Beautiful unique property. Lots of space, wheelchair friendly. All of the basics you want for a long term stay. Kitchen was wonderful -with plenty of dishes, cookware and small appliances. Bed was super comfortable. Convenient location.”

“ Very antiquated… not in a good way! Large black ants in cabin. Very musty smell. Entry door jam rotted on hinge side! Very small TV (looks like from the 1970s)! Great idea for a cabin, but needs LOTS of work! Will not stay again or recommend!”

“The cabin was perfect for our stay while doing the carriage rides at the Peoria Riverfront Museum at their special event. The horses were staying at a farm in Hanna City so it was very convenient. It was so fun to see the bison out the back door, on Sunday they were closer so it neat to see them. All the Christmas lights were fun to see. We will definitely be looking to come back next year when we are in the area again. ”

“Overall this day was really well. House was old and outdated. Had only one TV in the entire house where there could have been four or five TVs. There was only one and it was a small TV in the front room that was on a swivel. One electrical plug did not work and the plug for the bathtub did not work. The beds were old and stiff and springy and only full size beds. It would have been nice to have at least a queen or a king for my wife and I otherwise not a bad place. Had a full size basement....
