Men det som vi hade svårast för är att man röker inomhus i navet för hotellet (baren under glaskupolen), där rök sprider sig till alla delar av hotellet. Det känns inte rent.”

Bathroom: i have noticed in eastern europe and central asia they seem to all have the foul drainage smell in all bathrooms. It must be the way drainage is designed. For a 5 star the toiletries wasn't on par. No fans, leave window open 24/7. Toilets have bidets in rooms but not in public areas, no issues with running water.
