Esta lujosa propiedad se encuentra en una pequeña colina a 5 minutos a pie de la playa (¡galardonada con una bandera azul!) ofreciendo tunning y vistas panorámicas del mar y sus alrededores.

Cuenta con 4 habitaciones y está equipado con todas las comodidades necesarias para garantizar a sus huéspedes un alojamiento confortable, relajante e inolvidable.

Hay espacios agradables al aire libre (en gran parte sombreados por pérgolas), donde puede sentarse y relajarse en cualquier momento del día, por ejemplo, la amplia área de la piscina donde se encuentra la gran y hermosa piscina, provista de tumbonas muy cómodas; o puede tener cenas al aire libre bajo una elegante pérgola.

Eine wundervolle Woche
Vielen Dank an George und Stella für den gefüllten Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft. Das Haus, der Pool und die Lage waren traumhaft. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den aufgehenden Mond waren perfekt. In nur 5 Minuten Gehweg erreichte man den kleinen Kiesstrand von Achlia mit einer guten Taverne. Für den Einkauf sind nicht weit entfernt kleine Supermärkte, z.B. in Richtung Ireapetra, der 7 km entfernter Kalimera-Market. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Danke an unsere Gastgeber. 5 Sterne

Lovely House
This house was perfect for our family holiday with our 3 grown up children. Everyone had their own space yet we were able to have great meals, swims, watch films, play pool together etc. The views from the house are amazing. It helps if you have a car whilst staying here. Aswell as eating in, we also ate out alot and never had a bad meal. Most restaurants are good if you like mediterranean food. We loved going into the small village of Koutsouras which is just about an 8 minute drive from the house with a cute little beach and great Tavernas. The Big Blue Beach Bar also does great breakfasts. Thank you Anna for bringing over a lovely homebaked apple cake which was delicious. We have a swimming pool at home and my husband is very fussy about the cleanliness of it and will not let anybody go in a pool until he has tested it. This house pool was the cleanest he has known. Everything is well looked after and we would recommend.

Very nice home with a couple issues
Villa Ariadne is a beautiful home with a great view of the sea. We liked the quick walk to the beach and the wonderful pool. Air conditioners in the bedrooms were great for us as we’re used to a/c. Stela also stocked the fridge and pantry with food which was a nice surprise. It sleeps 8 in beds, so one of our guests slept on a couch, but I suppose we could have fit ten if someone else took another couch. The hot water was spotty and worked sometimes, so large parties may have issues. The road to the property is a bit treacherous so need to be careful with large vehicles.

Stella and her mum were very helpful and lovely apple cake. Generous food etc was left in fridge which was perfect for our first night. The villa is lovely, great pool, pool Room. The local beach was beautiful and the Beach tavern highly recommended for good local Greek food.

Fantastically well equipped villa with spectacular views
The villa is vast with a great pool table and small gym. The terrace has great views of the sea as does the balcony. A short walk down a steep hill to the beach and a welcoming bar and restaurant. There are a number of other excellent restaurants a short drive away and further afield there is plenty to do - we rented a boat from Agios Nikalaos. Stella was on hand with any issue you may have (although we had none) and with some good suggestions of where to go and what to see. I would highly recommend the villa and the wonderful Stella.

2 weeks in paradise
Even more stunning than the photographs. Accommodating 4 couples with plenty of room. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi. Amazing outdoor dining area with bbq facilities and also an oven. Stunning views. I never got tired of looking at the views everyday. Villa was in great location with sea views.Stella the host was so friendly and could not do enough for us. Was there if we needed anything and was extremely generous.

Excellent villa & host
Lovely stay at the villa. There were 3 adults and 4 teens so plenty of room for us in the villa and around the pool. Stella was an excellent host, always available to assist us with queries. The odd issue was resolved immediately. Would definately recommend a car as the villa is in a very quiet location and the cost of taxis added up over the week. The beach was nice, just a 5 minute walk and has beach bar and basic restaurant there. We got takeaway delivered from Obelix pizza which was tasty and very reasonable. The welcome groceries were brilliant and really appreciated. Much more than a few basics. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and the home baked apple cake from Stellas mum.

Fun family holiday in luxury villa
Everything in the Villa lives up to the listing, especially the view. The layout is perfect for an adult family- all rooms have en suites and all extras are included. Perfect location next to beach.

Beautiful property, great host and truly a relaxing getaway.
Do not let the travel time from airport to villa put you off booking this property, car hire was quick and easy and the roads safe and quiet and parking at the villa. Set in a beautiful location, 5 minutes walk to the beach which has a wonderful taverna and great food. A few local shops around and a supermarket just a 20 minute drive away. George was there to greet us on arrival and was very welcoming. Whilst we did not require any additional assistance during our trip, he was always just a call away. The fridge was full of food and drinks which was a great added touch after a long days travelling. There is everything you could ask for at the villa, that we rarely felt the need to venture out. There is a golden sandy beach just a 10 minute drive with cafes and sun beds and ideal for kids with shallow waters. We hope to return in the future with family! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Lovely villa in a quiet location with fantastic views.
Beautiful villa and great location. Villa had everything you need. Only Critisism is that the pool is very steep from the shallow end and difficult to stand up without slipping. It appears a theme in Greece and I don’t understand why it drops away so quickly from 0.6m to 2.0m. Minor detail and didn’t spoil out stay.

maison très confortable, propre et très bien équipée. on peut accéder à la plage à pied. super piscine avec douche extérieure. très belle terrasse. Quant aux propriétaires ils sont vraiment accueillants et super généreux. il y avait à boire et à manger pour plusieurs jours, nous avons vraiment apprécier cela en arrivant. merci pour ces vacances parfaites!!

Very relaxing holidays in a beautiful house
It is a spacious house in South Crete with a large pool terrace and a shady pergola. The sea view is great! The beach in a small bay with taverna is just 5min to walk down. Stela was very kind, helping uns with all our questions. We will always remember these days.

Super dejligt sted!
Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie hvor alt levede op til forventningerne. Der var en rigtig god kommunikation med Stella hele vejen igennem. Der blev svaret hurtigt på vores spørgsmål både inden og under opholdet. Stedet var som beskrevet, rent, gode senge, masser af plads og en fantastisk udsigt. Der blev gjort rent halvvejs igennem opholdet og Anna kom med en dejlig overraskelse til os. Vi nød godt af de lækkerier køleskabet var fyldt med da vi ankom. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale stedet!

Perfekte Villa und sehr guter Service auf Kreta
Stella, Georgios und Charalampos bieten mit Ihrer Villa und dem Service einen perfekten Urlaub. Die Bilder aus dem Inserat sind in keiner Weise geschönt und zeigen das, was man erwarten kann - ein gepflegtes, sehr schönes und modernes Haus mit allem, was man sich wünscht und einen fantastischen Ausblick! Zur Ankunft erwartete uns ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit allerlei leckeren und notwendigen Lebensmitteln, so dass wir gleich in den Urlaubsmodus schalten konnten. Das Haus bietet neben dem Design eine sehr gute Technik (alle Zimmer haben z.B. Flachbildschirmen mit Internetanschluss, sehr gute Espressomaschine, ...). Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Wir hatten zwischendurch immerwieder viel Spaß beim Poolbilliard. Mit der Outdoorküche und dem Steinofen gelingt eine hervorragende Pizza! Soweit wir irgendwelche Unterstützung brauchten, war George unmittelbar vorhanden! Einen Abend erhielten wir zusätzlich noch unerwartet einen kurzen Besuch von George und Anna sowie einen super leckeren Apfelkuchen von Anna für den nächsten Tag (der noch warme Kuchen hat so lecker gerochen, dass die ersten zwei Stücke bereits von irgendjemanden am Abend vernascht wurden). Vielen Dank noch einmal an George, Anna und Stella, für den tollen Service und die Möglichkeit, zwei wundervolle Wochen Corona und alles andere vergessen zu können!
