“Great location nice apartment loved it”

“We had a great stay. It was a bit tight for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys but we were on the move for the most part so only slept here. Excellent location for access to town and easy to get to all areas. Katie responded timely to all our questions and came to the yard to say hello, which was super nice. We would definitely stay here again. It is on our favourites list for Sandpoint. ”

“The Flats was very easy to find. It is located close to downtown. The rooms are small but clean. It would have been nice to have a bench to sit on or put our suitcases on. There is no closet or place to hang a coat. Bathroom was nice. This place has recently been remodeled”

“This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable! So many amenities included in the room: appliances, spices, every thing needed in a mini kitchen, games and more. Would stay here again and highly reconned this place.”

“We did not end up staying at the property. There was an electrical issue (outage?). There was no power in the house. It was clean and ready for us, just did not have power. Thankfully, our host acted quickly and put us in contact with another host who had a property available (a small miracle on a holiday weekend). All in all, I feel like our host handled the problem quickly and got us taken care of. We appreciated that.”

“We enjoyed our stay. We loved the place and location. Very convenient to everything. It was very clean and attractive. My only suggestion would be to put blinds on the kitchen window and black out curtains in the bedroom. The lights from the food truck lot next door come on at night and shine directly in the windows so there’s never total darkness. I mentioned this to the host so hopefully this won't be an issue for future guests. Even with that, I still give our stay 5 stars.”

“We loved staying here with our little pup! The house is clean and beautiful and just the right size for us. The view from the deck is beautiful and private with trees and the river. The hosts are kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again!”

“This property was a basement unit of a home that is occupied by the owners upstairs. I rarely heard any noise from above and it was a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious. The only issue was that whenever I opened the door, several earwigs would fall down from above onto the floor; I couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I just stepped on them all! Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again. It sure beats a hotel.”
