“Good convenient location. Clean well appointed rooms. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Only issue is the room on the 2nd floor was unbearably warm and there was no way to manually control it. The staff provided a floor fan on our second night and moved us to an upper floor day 3 and 4. I would stay again but request a higher floor. ”

“Porperty exactly as advertized. Lovely location close to tourist sites, really comfortable and well stocked. Better than any other properties I have stayed in. Do think bathrooms should have better heating options and imagine in winter get quite cold. Also quite expensive compared to others of same ilk but as I said extremely well maintained so depends on your budget and amount of people travelling. ”

“Wanted to visit the shops/art gallery/museums in the area. This location could not have been better. Needs some up-dating but the cost of our stay (very reasonable) reflects this. Reluctant to complain but the apartment is listed as 2 bathrooms whereas in fact it was a shower/bathroom and a separate loo and sink. Overall would highly recommend. Thank you Martyn.”

“The flat is ideally located in the Old Town of Hastings. You live in the warehouse of the antique store on the first floor. Of course, there are no customers. Wonderful small and large objects embellish the apartment. There is enough space for six people. Only the fridge could be bigger for six people. But that is really the only criticism of this beautiful apartment. We had a wonderful time there”

“This house was great for what we needed (group of girlfriends getting together). We loved the sunroom on the first floor and even got to sit outside in the gorgeous garden. The location is perfect and there is heaps of space. My only comment is that the bathrooms probably need a bit of updating, but apart from that would definitely recommend.”

“We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway!”

“We had a wonderful weekend in this shepherds hut. Sam was a great host, excellent communication before the stay and when we arrived. The hut was exactly as the photos depict on the website.
