Good location, passable property, impersonal host
The property is in a pleasant neighborhood and is a short drive to most everything. Former milltown duplex gives it some charm. Bedroom lighting was harsh and cold, like a dorm. There was trash in the bushes, like booze cans and peanut shells, and the welcome mat was tossed unceremoniously in the yard. There were peanut shells in the drawers and a used razor on the water-splintered bathroom vanity. Toilet paper was so thin it was diaphanous. All messages were automated and impersonal. Forced opt-in to their email list was the final disappointment. Overall, stay had the feel of a small Motel 6.

Disappointed
I was disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of this property. I felt the pictures were misleading compared to what was provided. My stay included 5 children under 6. This property is not suitable for this age group. After being in the property for 1 day, my children’s feet were black due to the dirty floors. Additionally I read the warnings about the stair cases and can confirm they are steep, varying in size and hard to navigate for children. My children also found a cigarette and lighter in a room. The property is run down and in need of work. There is peeling paint in the bathroom, chipping grout in the kitchen, missing towel racks, broken closet doors snd scuffs all over the walls and stair. The furniture and rugs pictured are not included in the property currently. The chairs in the kitchen are broken and the rugs are in need of deep cleaning. This was not a positive experience for our family and I cannot recommend this property until these issues are addressed or at minimum the photos are updated to reflect the current status of the property.

This house is beautiful. It's close to all of the things my co-workers and I needed, access to work, food, and the airport. The neighborhood shows it's age, but that age is part of the appeal as well.

Good place - affordable, practical, well-situated, easily accessed.
Overall a good deal and a good house! It wasn't the cleanest, but it wasn't disgusting by any means. I'm guessing we may have checked in immediately after another party. Wasn't a deal-breaker as everything else suited our needs perfectly. We brought a high school cross country team and it allowed them to have a far better experience than a hotel.

Family Trip
We were pleased with the house and it's location to the Space and Rocket Center. The owners were very responsive thru the whole process answering questions prior to the trip and getting the AC fixed the day we arrived. Thanks again.

I booked this house based on prior communication with Management stating they could accommodate our request for 3 pack and plays. Only after I booked was I told it was a miscommunication and only 1 was available. I also requested early check in. Nothing had been confirmed or declined. Upon early arrival I was told could not get in early. Windows are/were filthy, window sills in the bathroom had mold on them. Insufficient supplies for the party size. Ok for a small group not large family with 5 under 5 years old.

Not what we expected
Home is a previous duplex with wall removed to make one big home. It is an older home in "historic district" It is clean on their property though looks more tattered in person vs online pics. Surrounding homes are a bit unkept with clutter or debris in front/side yards or along edge of yard near roads. We definitely questioned what we had rented! Home has two thermostats located on lower level. Never got the one located in kitchen to work. The one on other side of house located in the downstairs BR worked so it heated the one side of the house. Only one tv in entire house. 2 bathrooms in this home both located downstairs. Mutiple beds upstairs but the steep staicase of approx. 25 stairs and no bathroom upstairs had my husband and i sleeping on one sofa and one futon downstairs. Extremely uncomfortable to say the least but too dangerous to go down those stairs at night half asleep!! Overpriced and disappointing stay -

Renting the property was very easy. This was the first time our group has traveled via Vrbo. I am afraid we are spoilt and didn’t appreciate it compared to hotel stays were everything is taken care of for you. But it did allow us to all be together.

Overall the property was ok, but I had asked for an early check-in and when I arrived there were still people in the house (it was 12 noon and the property mgr. said she didn't know anyone was staying there). We selected a house so we could watch college football on Saturday only to find out there was no cable TV, only ROKU. I had tried to call and text the property mgr. Friday night around 9:00 PM, but there was no reply until the following morning. Just not a very good experience
