Great location
I had a great stay at this condo. Carol and Stacey were the best!! They really took care of me. The condo is really close to everything. It was quiet and safe. The condo also had everything I needed for my 3 week stay.

Great place in a great quiet neighborhood. Stacey and Carol were so warm and supportive from check-in and throughout our stay at their place. The property is very accessible and practically 10 minutes or less to alot. Every time I'm in Huntsville will always look them up for a spot.

Great little Apartment
The location of the apartment is perfect. It was exactly what we needed. The only issue was I had to clean the apartment before we could fully settle in. There was hair on the everything, dishes with dried food on them in the cabinets, and dirty towels. Even with these issues the neighbors are very nice and the neighborhood was very quite.

Nice and clean, plenty of room. VERY comfortable bed. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Wish we had instructions on how to access the pool. The washing machine was really loud and sounds like its on it's last legs. While cleaning for departure, I found three issues (very minor): Under the bed and couch need vacuming, dryer needs lint filter checked regularly, under toilet bowl rim needs to be scrubbed when cleaning. All very minor considering what an excellent stay we had! Can't wait to go back and it was the best part of our trip!

Exactly as advertised and more
We stayed at the cheerful condo for three nights. Check-in was super easy and the place is clean. I was delighted to find a good set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, and big salt and pepper shakers to allow us to cook some meals. The bath towels were thick and plush and the bed was incredibly comfortable. As mentioned by others, it’s a little dated, but when you consider the access to town, the amenities, and the price, it is an incredibly reasonable option. Carol and Stacey were very responsive and although I didn’t need anything (I just always like to update on check-in and arrival), I was sure that if I made a request, they would’ve quickly taken care of it. It is clear that your guest satisfaction is a priority to them! I was glad to stay at their place. Definitely hope to do it again on my next visit.

Overall a decent stay
The condo is cute and well decorated . I thought initially that the kitchen was just mostly empty of dishes and such until I found the dishwasher full. I have never ran into this before . There were only two towels and two washcloths for a three night stay. I am glad I brought tide pods with me . The sliding glass door was extremely hard to lock and unlock . For the most part, the complex seemed quite. There were a few incidents of neighbors fighting or having altercations that were loud , but that is always a chance when people live that close in.

Condo is decorated cute. The building is an older building. Cleaning was a problem.
The apartment building is an older building. The grounds are older in condition. The condo is an older condo, but it’s decorated cute. My only concern was the cleaning was terrible. We cleaned for about two hours after we checked in; dust bunnies, dirt, nail clipping, the throw rugs; I picked up and dumped dirt out of them, the bed sheets had body hair on them, and the dishes had dried food on them. There was no vacuum in the condo. We just rolled up all the throw rugs and mopped the hard floors. The area is nice. The condo is cute. The people are very friendly. We were reimbursed $30 toward the cleaning fee.

Great condo!
I rented this condo for 4 months. The location is quiet but convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the university. The condo is comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated, and came with conveniences like high quality shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Landlords promptly and helpfully responded to any inquiries. Would definitely rent from them again.

Sweet place to stay on a budget. Very clean and well maintained. Just enough of everything to enjoy a quick stay in Huntsville. We would recommend it to anyone!
